However if goods are out of stock for more than seven days we will endeavour to contact you with an estimated delivery date. We are normally able to despatch embroidered clothing within one week.

UK delivery is charged at £7.50 per order (Channel Isles £6.50 for up to 4 items & £25.00 for 5 to 8 items, 9 items or more TBA) A next day delivery service is available at a cost of £12.50 on your order.

If you require next day delivery please specify on your order. Customers from outside the UK will be charged at the most economical international rate. We regret that overseas customers are responsable for the payment of any local customs or import duties that in some circumstances may be levied.

Florence Roby reserves the right to deliver the goods in reasonable installments, in which case you shall accept and pay for the goods in reasonable installments. Each installment is to be treated as a separate contract.

Any claim for non-delivery of, or damage to, the goods in transit should be made within 7 days of the goods invoice date. Our liability in respect of any such claim is limited at our option to replacement of goods or refund of the price and does not extend to any indirect or consequential loss. P&P and returns postage are direct costs and we regret that they cannot be refunded.
