Orders that require Logo's can not be taken online as your designs will need to be digitized and a bespoke price arranged with our sales team.

College kits with home delivery ordered before the time stated on the college order form will be delivered before the start of term. Any orders placed after the specified date may take up to 3-4 weeks for delivery.
College kits being delivered to your college are despatched on a weekly basis and you will need to contact your tutor to find out when you will receive your kit.
Standard delivery is 3 to 5 working days for in stock items. If any items are out of stock delivery will be 3 to 4 weeks.
A valid email is required in order to receive an email confirmation. Please sign in to your account and check the email is correct. You can edit your contact details by selecting edit my details.
Deliveries within the UK will be charged a £7.50 flat rate. A next day delivery service is available at a cost of £12.50 on your order (Next day can only be taken over the phone and before 12.00 GMT).
Deliveries within the EU will be charged a £20.00 flat rate.
International Deliveries are calculated automatically at the checkout. You can also estimate your delivery cost in the shopping cart screen. The costs are based on the weight of your parcel as below.
Up to 2000g : £25.00 2001g to 4000g : £50.00 4001g to 6000g : £75.00 6001g to 8000g : £100.00

If your payment has been declined, then you’ll need to place your order again. We’re not able to reinstate an order once the payment has been declined. To help ensure your order is not declined when placing a new order we suggest checking the following:
• Check the card details on your My Account to make sure the information is correct, e.g. the expiry date or your billing address.
• Make sure you enter the security code correctly - that's the three digit number on the back of your card.
• Your card issuer may have declined your payment - as they don't tell us the reason for this, it's best to check with them.
• If you've checked all of the above, try paying with another card. If you've tried all these and are still having problems, contact our Customer Care Team with as many details as you can about the issue - including any error messages you receive and we'll try to resolve it as soon as we can.
VAT or Value Added Tax is charged on all UK orders. It is a Goverment tax which we have to charge our customers. If you are VAT registered you can of course claim this tax back. VAT will not be charged on goods supplied to other EU countries when the customer provides their VAT number. All goods supplied internationally, outside the EU, are exempt from VAT so you will not be charged this tax on your order.
