Returns Policy
If any stock catalogue garments are not required for any reason, we will be happy to replace them or to refund their value provided that; (a) the goods are returned to us carriage paid, unused, within 7 days of delivery and (b) our invoice relating to those goods has been paid by the due date. When goods supplied correct to order are returned by the customer for exchange, additional carriage charges will be added. Non stock, made to measure or embroidered garments will not be exchanged if they were supplied correct to order. When returning garments please telephone us on 0151 548 2228 for a Returns Form, which should be completed and sent to us with the returned goods. When returning goods, please ensure that your chosen carrier will guarantee delivery and insure you for the full value of the goods. Florence Roby is not liable for returned goods lost in transit. P&P and returns postage are direct costs and we regret that they cannot be refunded.
