Our terms and conditions are designed to allow our customers to shop securely and with confidence at Florence Roby Ltd.

Applications for Credit:
All orders require payment before despatch unless an official purchase order can be supplied. We may consider an application for credit after trading with us for 12 months.

VAT:
All products listed are displayed Inc and Net of VAT.

UK customers will be charged the UK VAT rate of 20%

EU customers will be charged the UK VAT rate of 20% unless  a valid VAT number is provided at checkout. If the VAT number is verified your order will automatically update to discount the VAT.

Non EU customers will not be charged VAT and as soon as their address is entered in the my account section of the website the discount will be applied.

Offers:
Florence Roby may from time to time carry out product offers. These ‘offers’ cannot be used in conjunction with, or grouped with, any other Florence Roby offer or discount.

Coupon Code:

Coupon offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers including student college orders. To apply a code, simply go to basket and enter in the code in the box indicated and then click 'Add Code'. The discount will then be applied to the qualifying products.

Price and Availability:

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform youof this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If the order is cancelled and you have already paid for the order you will receive a full refund for the amount paid.

Security:
We take security very seriously at Florence Roby. That's why any transactions you make over our web site are instantly encrypted, providing security for all of your personal information (Name, Address, Credit/Debit Card Details, etc.).
How do you know that Uniformcollection.com is a 'Secure Site'? Look at the bottom right-hand side of your computer screen when you are making a purchase, you'll see a small yellow padlock in a small box, this tells you that this site is secure. When you see the padlock symbol, Double-click it to view the full validity of the Secure Certificate.

Delivery
Conditions of Delivery 
Goods will normally be delivered within 5-10 working days. We are normally able to despatch embroidered clothing within one week.

UK delivery is charged at £7.50 per order. A next day delivery service is available at a cost of £12.50 on your order (Next day can only be taken over the phone and before 12.00).

Customers from inside the EU will be charged a £20.00 flat rate. For more information go to delivery section under product details.

International Customers will be charged at the most economical international rate based on weight. For more information go to delivery section under product details.

Florence Roby reserves the right to deliver the goods in reasonable instalments, in which case you shall accept and pay for the goods in reasonable instalments. Each instalment is to be treated as a separate contract.
Any claim for non-delivery of, or damage to, the goods in transit should be made in writing within seven days of the goods invoice date. Our liability in respect of any such claim is limited at our option to replacement of goods or refund of the price and does not extend to any indirect or consequential loss.

All prices quoted are correct at time of going to press, due to circumstances beyond our control these may change, including rate of Value Added Tax. The price levied will be confirmed at the time of ordering.
Incorrect/Faulty goods must be returned to us before replacements will be dispatched.
We strive to keep the majority of the products listed on our web site in stock at all times. Occasionally some items are out of stock. If you order an item that is out of stock, we will contact you and advise you when the item is due back in or of any comparable product that is available. If you do not wish another product or don't want to wait, we will cancel your order without debiting your credit/debit card.
Refunds will be made in the original payment method and within 14 days of our receipt of goods. All refunds must be authorized by our staff. If you wish to to return your goods for a refund or exchange call 0151 548 2228 or e-mail us at froby@uniformcollection.com for a Returns Form. P&P and returns postage are direct costs and we regret that they cannot be refunded.

Data protection: 
All customer information will be treated under the terms of the Data Protection Act. We will not pass on your details to other companies. We may identify and inform you of other products and services offered by Florence Roby which would be of interest to you. You must tell us if you do not wish us to do so. Complaints
Florence Roby take all of our customers seriously and we try to offer them the best possible service available, however if you feel you have something to complain about you may direct it here: froby@uniformcollection.com or use the online customer feedback form.

Prices
The prices quoted are those ruling at the time of production. Due to circumstances beyond our control prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alterations to the rate of value added tax. The correct price will be shown on your delivery note. If for this, or any other reason, an item is not acceptable, it may be returned providing it is sent back within 7 days and is in new condition. Certain products cannot be returned.

Disclaimer
Florence Roby endeavour to keep product information as up to date as possible. However, specifications are liable to change without notice. Product photographs are intended to illustrate the particular model but may, occasionally, not totally reflect the product as sold. Unless specifically stated, shoes, jewellery and other accessories shown on photographs are not included - please call for further details on any particular product.
The terms of the contract do not affect your statutory rights.

Guarantee
We are confident that you will be happy with your purchases from Florence Roby. However, if for any reason you wish to exchange or return an item please do so within 7 days. Refunds are not offered on Sale goods but you may exchange or receive a credit note. P&P and returns postage are direct costs and we regret that they cannot be refunded. When exchanging or returning garments please telephone us on 0151 548 2228 for a Returns Form, which should be completed and sent to us with the returned goods.

Delivery
All stock styles will normally be despatched within 48 hours of receipt of order. However if goods are out of stock for more than seven days we will endeavour to contact you with an estimated delivery date. We are normally able to despatch embroidered clothing within one week. A next day delivery service is available at a cost of £12.50 on your order. If you require next day delivery please specify on your order and add on the additional cost.

Payment
Unless other arrangements have been made goods will be paid for at the time of order. In the event of non-payment or late payment Florence Roby reserve the right to suspend any further deliveries and charge interest on the unpaid amount at a rate of 4% above Lloyds Bank base rate.

Risk and Ownership
The risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to the delivery address. Ownership of the goods remains with Florence Roby until payment has been received in full for the goods and any other goods for which payment is also due.

Force Majeure
Where we are unable to perform due to any circumstances beyond our control, we may suspend performance while those circumstances subsist and any agreed date or period for delivery shall be regarded as extended accordingly. If any period of suspension of deliveries lasts for more than six months, either party may cancel the contract by written notice without penalty.

Returns Policy

1. Please enclose a copy of the despatch note with your returned goods. 
2. Please tick the items on the despatch that you are returning and write clearly EXCHANGE (With size, colour, style you would like in replacement) or REFUND 
3. Your garments must be returned in the original packaging, unworn, unwashed and with the original labels or your Exchange/Refund will be refused. 
4. You are responsible for payment of the carriage to return any item. We strongly advise that you obtain proof of receipt (ie. a signed for service) as Florence Roby are not responsible for goods that your carrier fails to deliver. 
5. Sale items returned cannot be refunded. However we will issue a credit that can be used against a future purchase. Please note that all credits must be used against a purchase with 2 years.

  
EXCHANGES & REFUNDS 
Please check the delivery upon receipt and inform us of any discrepancies within 2 days. Refunds and exchanges will only be processed if the goods are returned within 14 days of receipt. Garments that have been embroidered, personalised or are non-stock items will not be refunded or exchanged. All refund items will be refunded less the cost of postage on your order. If you return goods to us within 30 days that we agree are faulty, you can choose a repair, replacement or refund of the faulty item. If you wish to exchange an item please enclose a payment of £5.00 to cover delivery and admin costs.
