Be sure to provide any relevant information relating to your query, such as your order number. This will enable our team to help you more quickly.

How do I telephone you?

Online is what we do best at Florence Roby, this way we can efficiently handle your customer care enquiries. By emailing us, you will be able to have your queries resolved much more quickly than via telephone. We do not have a large call centre, so we are not set up for a high volume of telephone calls. If you do want a telephone call, then please email  froby@uniformcollection.com with your telephone number and order number (If it is an order query) and we will get back to you.
