Deliveries within UK

Will be charged a £7.50 flat rate. Normally deliveries will be within 5 to 10 working days. We are usually able to despatch embroidered clothing within one week. A next day delivery service is available at a cost of £12.50 on your order (Next day can only be taken over the phone and before 12.00 GMT). Deliveries to Guernsey and Jersey will be charged a flat rate of £25.00.

Deliveries within EU

Will be charged a £25.00 flat rate.

International Deliveries (Outside EU) 

International Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout. You can also estimate your delivery cost in the shopping cart screen.Goods will be charged at the most economical international rate based on size and weight of parcel:

Up to 2000g        £25.00

2001g to 4000g   £50.00

4001g to 6000g   £75.00

6001g to 8000g  £100.00

Your order will be sent out via the most suitable carrier, dependent on size and weight. Once your order has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures.Our carriers deliver during normal business working hours and may require a signature on receipt, so we suggest your order is delivered to an address where someone will be available to accept it. If you're not in when your parcel arrives, the carrier will leave a card telling you where it is. It might be left in a safe place or there will be details on how to pick up your order or rearrange delivery. Please be advised that on any public holiday dates in your country, deliveries will not be made. In this instance, please expect your order to arrive the next business day.

In most cases, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. Florence Roby has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

Conditions of delivery

Florence Roby reserves the right to deliver the goods in reasonable instalments, in which case you shall accept and pay for the goods in reasonable instalments. Each instalment is to be treated as a separate contract. Any claim for non-delivery of, or damage to, the goods in transit should be made in writing within seven days of the goods invoice date. Our liability in respect of any such claim is limited at our option to replacement of goods or refund of the price and does not extend to any indirect or consequential loss. P&P and returns carriage are direct costs and we regret that they cannot be refunded.

Returns Policy
1. Please enclose a copy of the despatch note with your returned goods.
2. Please tick the items on the despatch note that you are returning and write clearly EXCHANGE (With size, colour, style you would like in replacement) or REFUND
3. Your garments must be returned in the original packaging, unworn, unwashed and with the original labels or your Exchange/Refund will be refused.
4. You are responsible for payment of the carriage to return any item. We strongly advise that you obtain proof of receipt (ie. a signed for service) as Florence Roby are not responsible for goods that your carrier fails to deliver.
Exchanges & Refunds
Please check the delivery upon receipt and inform us of any discrepancies within 2 days. Refunds and exchanges will only be processed if the goods are returned within 14 days of receipt. Garments that have been embroidered, personalised or are non stock items will not be refunded or exchanged.All refund items will be refunded less the cost of postage on your order If you wish to exchange an item please enclose a payment of £5.00 to cover delivery and admin costs.  


Garment Care

All Florence Roby garments are manufactured in superior quality fabric that is designed for regular use, i.e. washing and wearing every day. However care must still be taken in order to get the maximum life from your garment: FOLLOW THE WASH INSTRUCTIONS Please follow the wash instructions on the garment label. We also recommend that zippers, studs and buttons should be fastened before washing to prevent snags. Always use a quality detergent as additives can cause pilling and fading. Do not tumble dry as this can greatly shorten the lifespan of your uniform. If you wish to iron your garment please iron inside out on a low temperature. AVOID MIXED WASHING FOR TIP TOP CARE We recommend that you wash your uniform at a low temperature on its own. You may wash your uniform with other items but avoid washing with cottons, mixed fibres or natural fibres because this can lead to transfer pilling where the fibres from the cotton or natural fibres attach themselves to the fibres of your uniform. Furthermore we recommend that you do not mix dark colours with light colours in the wash, this can lead to fabric bleed and discolouration. WHEN TO WEAR AN APRON If you are using chemicals, bleaches, waxes or dyes in your work always wear a protective apron when these products are in use.
