UK Deliveries

  • Deliveries within the UK are now FREE on orders over £150.00. Orders under £150.00 will be charged a £6.25 net flat rate. 
  • In stock UK deliveries will usually be delivered within 2 working days.
  • We can normally despatch embroidered clothing within 5 working days.
  • A next day delivery service is available at a cost of £12.50 on your order (Next day can only be taken via email and before 12.00 GMT). 
  • Deliveries to Guernsey and Jersey will be charged a flat rate of £40.00. 
  • Deliveries within the EU will be charged a £40.00 flat rate.
  • In stock EU orders will usually be delivered within 5 working days

 

International Deliveries (Outside EU)

  • International shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout. 
  • Goods will be charged at the most economical international rate based on size and weight of parcel:
  1. Up to          2000g  -   £50.00 
  2. 2001g   to 10000g  - £100.00  
  3. 10001g to 20000g -  £200.00
  4. 20001g to 30000g -  £300.00 
  • Your order will be sent out via the most suitable carrier, dependent on size and weight. 
  • Once your order has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures. 

Please be advised that on any public holiday dates in your country, deliveries will not be made. In this instance, please expect your order to arrive the next business day. In most cases, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.  You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. Florence Roby has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.  It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting. 

 

Carrier Information

Our carriers deliver during normal business working hours and may require a signature on receipt, so we suggest your order is delivered to an address where someone will be available to accept it.  

If you're not in when your parcel arrives, the carrier will leave a card telling you where it is. It might be left in a safe place or there will be details on how to pick up your order or rearrange delivery. 

 

Conditions of Delivery 

  • Florence Roby reserves the right to deliver the goods in reasonable instalments, in which case you shall accept and pay for the goods in reasonable instalments. Each instalment is to be treated as a separate contract. 
  • Any claim for a delivery discrepancy, non-delivery of, or damage to, the goods in transit should be made in writing within seven days of the goods’ invoice date. 
  • Our liability in respect of any such claim is limited at our option to replacement of goods or refund of the price and does not extend to any indirect or consequential loss. 
  • P&P and returns carriage are direct costs and we regret that they cannot be refunded.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Please enclose a copy of the despatch note with your returned goods. 
  • Please tick the items on the despatch note that you are returning and write clearly EXCHANGE (With size, colour, style you would like in replacement)
  • If you wish to exchange an item or items please enclose a payment of £5.00 to cover delivery and admin costs.
  • Your garments should be returned within 14 days in the original packaging, unworn, unwashed and with the original packaging or your Exchange will be refused. 
  • You are responsible for payment of the carriage to return any item. We strongly advise that you obtain proof of receipt (ie. a signed for service) as Florence Roby are not responsible for goods that your carrier fails to deliver. 
  • Clearance items are non-returnable (unless faulty).
  • Embroidered, Personalised or Bespoke garments are non-returnable (unless faulty).
  • Masks, due to the nature of their use, are non returnable if sealed bag is opened.

  • Clearance items are non-returnable (unless faulty).
  • Embroidered, Personalised or Bespoke garments are non-returnable (unless faulty).
  • All refund items will be refunded less the cost of postage on your order.
  • If you return goods to us within 30 days that we agree are faulty, you can choose a repair, replacement or refund of the faulty item. 
  • Masks, due to the nature of their use, are non returnable if sealed bag is opened.
  • Please note we do not offer refunds on partial college kits. You must return the whole kit if you require a refund. We cannot offer a refund or exchange if the garments are printed or embroidered.
