Yes! Florence Roby have an in house embroidery facility for any customer purchasing from us and who wish to brand or personalise their uniforms.

Orders that require Logo's can not be taken online as your designs will need to be digitised and a bespoke price arranged with our sales team.

All Florence Roby manufactured garments are made from our Softex fabric. This has been ethically sourced from a UK fabric supplier.  Softex is a luxurious non-iron, soft to touch, bi-stretch and breathable fabric perfectly designed for the rigours of working in a salon or spa.   All of our garments contain a care label which if followed correctly will provide a lasting uniform to enhance your company brand.

Unless stated all Florence Roby trousers are one standard length.

The standard length of our tunics will vary marginally between sizes. As a guide our tunics are as follows:

Please note some international orders maybe subject to import duties. Please contact your local customs office to establish if charges will be made.

Standard delivery is 3 to 5 working days for in-stock items. If any items are out of stock, delivery will be 3 to 4 weeks.

Yes. Please enter your address and select your designated country within the my account section as normal when placing an order.

Deliveries within the UK will be charged a £6.25 net flat rate.  A next day delivery service is available at a cost of £12.50 on your order (Next day can only be taken over the phone and before 12.00 GMT).

Deliveries within the EU will be charged a £20.00 flat rate.

International Deliveries are calculated automatically at the checkout. You can also estimate your delivery cost in the shopping cart screen. The costs are based on the weight of your parcel as below.

Up to 2000g - £25.00      

2001g to 4000g - £60.00     

4001g to 6000g - £80.00     

6001g to 8000g - £110.00

If your payment has been declined, then you’ll need to place your order again. We’re not able to reinstate an order once the payment has been declined. To help ensure your order is not declined when placing a new order we suggest checking the following:

• Check the card details on your My Account to make sure the information is correct, e.g. the expiry date or your billing address.

• Make sure you enter the security code correctly - that's the three digit number on the back of your card.

• Your card issuer may have declined your payment - as they don't tell us the reason for this, it's best to check with them.

• If you've checked all of the above, try paying with another card. If you've tried all these and are still having problems, contact our Customer Care Team with as many details as you can about the issue - including any error messages you receive and we'll try to resolve it as soon as we can.

To prevent a delay in processing your return please include a copy of your despatch note circling which items you wish to exchange. 

Include a cover letter stating the items you wish to exchange and the items you wish to exchange for (include style/code, colour and size).

If you have lost your delivery note please include your full address and name in the cover letter. All returns must be received by us unworn, undamaged and in the original packaging within 14 days in order to process an exchange.

Garments that have been embroidered, personalised or are a non-stock item will not be exchanged.

Face Masks, due to the nature of their use, are non returnable if sealed bag is opened.

College kits with home delivery ordered before the time stated on the college order form (usually mid August) will be delivered before the start of term.

Any orders placed after the specified date can take up to 3-4 weeks for delivery. Your College are aware of delivery times in late August and September.

College kits being delivered directly to your college are despatched on a weekly basis and you will need to contact your tutor to find out when you will receive your kit.

We have been unable to upload some college login details. If you are experiencing a problem accessing your college form online using the login detail provided please call our office on 0151 548 2228 to place your order.

Please check that you have placed your order through the College Login section of our website. Only by logging in through this section of the website will you receive the full discount on your form.

You may add individual items to a kit you have purchased however Florence Roby can not sell items separately from your College Kit. If you try to order items separately from your College order form then you will be charged the full retail price.
