Embroidery is the art of decorating clothing, using a needle and thread to enhance clothing with personalised images, patterns or wording. If you want long-lasting and durable designs that are able to withstand washing machines and everyday wear, then our embroidery service should be your first port of call.
Heat transfer printing is a digital printing method in which a design is printed onto film and then transferred to a garment using a heat press. If you require high resolution, durable, heat/water resistant designs, then heat transfer printing is the solution for you. Heat transfer is recommended for t-shirts and leisurewear, for which its heat/water resistant qualities are best utilised.
Tax tabs are a small label applied to garments, used to identify them as a uniform owned by a company, so they are not viewed by the HMRC as a “benefit in kind”. The advantages of tax tabs is that they can be discreetly sewn into a side seam, cuff or pocket. As a guide, the most effective way to produce tax tabs is to make a minimum order batch of 1,000 in quantity, which costs around £250 (25p each), depending on design. An additional, application charge of £0.40 will be applied per garment, which enables us to store and apply the labels as required.
Monogramming is a design consisting of two or more alphabetic letters that are commonly of one’s name/title, which are combined or interlaced, then printed or embroidered onto clothing. If you require a staff member’s identification on your uniforms, then our personalised monogramming can provide you with the best service. You can even combine our monogramming with embroidery or heat-transfer, by having a logo underscored by a staff member’s name or initials.
